What is CNC Machining?

Since ancient times, human has learned to use tools to cut and drill the surface of a workpiece to obtain the desired shape. CNC Machining formally utilizes this principle to automatically cut, sharpen, grind, drill, and bore the workpiece in accordance with a set program on modern CNC machining equipment to obtain metal parts that meet the design requirements of the drawing.

Features

There is no doubt that machined workpieces achieve the highest dimensional precision among all metalworking processes.

There is also no limit of MOQ for the CNC Machining parts. And a faster delivery time could be easy to meet compared to lost wax casting.

However, for the parts with complex structures, CNC machining often costs more to complete the task.

Sometimes, the choice of raw materials is not as flexible as casting due to the constraints of the raw material market.
